Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Fleet ("the App"), operated by Thiago Lorenzo ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use the App. Your use of Fleet is also subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Information We Collect
- Account or profile data you provide, such as name, email address, flight history, and preferences.
- Device and usage data (app version, operating system, in-app interactions) used to maintain performance and diagnose issues.
- Log files and analytics generated by third-party services that help us understand stability, crashes, and usage trends.
- Meta App Events data on iOS, such as app install or launch events, app/device information, signup method, subscription purchase event details, and an internal user ID used to measure whether ads lead to installs, signups, or subscriptions.
- Google Analytics for Firebase data on iOS, such as app/device information, app opens, signup method, paywall views, checkout starts, flight additions, import activity, and advertising identifier data when iOS permits it, used to measure whether Google Ads lead to installs, signups, subscriptions, or other important app actions.
- Subscription status (whether you hold an active subscription) managed by our payment partners. We do not collect or store your payment card details, billing address, or other financial information — all payment processing is handled by Apple.
How We Use Information
We use the information above to operate Fleet effectively, including:
- Maintaining, personalizing, and improving the app experience.
- Responding to support requests and providing customer service.
- Monitoring for bugs, performance problems, misuse, or unauthorized access.
- Measuring the effectiveness of our ads and understanding whether ads lead to app installs, account signups, or subscriptions.
Tracking Is Your Choice
On iOS, tracking permission is controlled by Apple and by you. Fleet may ask for Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission before allowing tracking or advertising identifier collection for Meta App Events measurement and Google Ads measurement through Google Analytics for Firebase. You can choose Allow or Ask App Not to Track. The choice is yours.
If you do not allow tracking, Fleet keeps advertiser tracking and advertising identifier collection off for those ad measurement paths, and you can still use Fleet. You can change your choice later in iOS Settings. Fleet will respect the permission status provided by iOS.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data only:
- With service providers that help deliver Fleet, including Supabase (database and authentication), RevenueCat (subscription management), Mixpanel (analytics), Meta (iOS ad attribution and App Events measurement), Google Analytics for Firebase (Google Ads attribution and conversion measurement), FlightAware, AeroDataBox, and FlightRadar24 (flight data). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and confidentiality obligations.
- With Meta, when applicable, to measure app events such as installs, launches, signups, and subscription purchases. Fleet does not intentionally send your flight history, aircraft collection, saved routes, payment card details, billing address, or Apple ID to Meta.
- With Google Analytics for Firebase, when applicable, to measure app events such as app opens, signups, paywall views, checkout starts, flight additions, and imports for Google Ads attribution. Fleet does not intentionally send your flight history, aircraft collection, saved routes, payment card details, billing address, or Apple ID to Google Analytics for Firebase.
- When required to comply with law, regulation, or legal process.
- To investigate or prevent potential fraud, abuse, or threats to users.
Meta's handling of App Events data is also described in Meta's own Privacy Policy and Business Tools Terms. Google's handling of Firebase and Google Ads measurement data is described in Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy documentation.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws. We may transfer and process data internationally as necessary to provide Fleet, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
Data Retention & Security
Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal requirements. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect data, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Your Choices
- Delete your account through the Fleet app's settings, or email thiago@fleetapp.live with your user number.

- When your deletion request is completed, all data associated with your user ID is permanently deleted.
- Request an export of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us.
- Adjust device or platform privacy settings to limit analytics collection where supported.
- On iOS, you control tracking permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and iOS Settings. Declining tracking does not remove access to Fleet features.
Children's Privacy
Fleet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this policy occasionally. The most recent version will be available in the App, and we may notify you via in-app messaging or other channels when changes are material.
